Frequently Asked Questions

We’d prefer if you didn’t bring your furry friends with you as having them around can spook our animals.

Yes but you would need to purchase one of our spectator tickets

Yes, we now have a small shop where hot & cold drinks and souvenirs can be purchased. However, our tickets for the Alpaca Meet, Greet & Feed and Goat Pamper Experiences all include a hot or cold beverage.

Our walks are very slow and steady as alpacas do not walk at a fast pace, and they also like to stop and graze. We walk for around 1hr in the fields of our 500 acre farmland and it is not hilly at all, mainly flat.

We would recommend wearing shoes that are enclosed and cover your feet completely i.e trainers (Summer), wellies (Winter). Wearing open toe footwear on the rare occasion that the animals may tread on your feet it would be a bit painful
